In systems commonly used in automatic key cutting machines, travel and return times are generally the same. This operation places unnecessary pressure on the cutting tool during cutting, resulting in both rapid dulling of the cutting tool and improper machining of the key surface. With the Speed ​​Control System, developed by Ansan's R&D team for automatic machines, travel and return speeds are individually programmed, achieving the fastest time in its class. Carisma's key cutting time is 35 seconds, and 25 seconds of this time is spent on cutting and 10 seconds on return.

The most striking feature of the Carisma series is its linear vise system. Circular vise systems, which operate in a circular pattern, multiply the error rate by reducing the difference between low and high codes in the cylinders' codes, along with the resulting angle loss during key duplication. Thanks to this improved linear system, even if the copied key is not the original, the cutter and follower center always move at the center of the raw key and the copied key, ensuring zero error in the copied key, regardless of how many keys are made.

Because the case section clamps move independently, the tightening process always remains centered, regardless of key thickness. Furthermore, the use of a ball-bearing clamping mechanism on the clamp ensures smooth and comfortable movement.   

 

The Electronic Control Unit is an electronic component developed by the Ansan R&D team for the machine. The microprocessor on the machine not only controls and operates all components but also records all operations performed on the machine. This ensures maximum safety against any malfunctions and provides both visual and audible notifications when various service requirements are required, such as when the cutting tool is dull or when maintenance is due.  * Its digital display provides reports on the daily, weekly, monthly, and total key-pulled amounts.
