Membership Agreement


*1. Parties*

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the member ("Member") whose name and details are specified below and the business Autokeystore.com ("Company").

*2. Subject of the Agreement*

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Member regarding the use of services provided through the Autokeystore.com website.

*3. Membership Conditions*

3.1. The Member agrees to provide all necessary information accurately and completely to become a member of Autokeystore.com.

3.2. The Member must be at least 18 years old. Membership is prohibited for those under 18 years of age.

3.3. Upon completion of the membership process, the Member will be given a unique username and password. The Member is responsible for the confidentiality and security of this information.

*4. Rights and Obligations of the Member*

4.1. The Member agrees to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey while using the Autokeystore.com website.

4.2. The Member accepts legal responsibility for transactions made on the site.

4.3. The Member undertakes not to infringe on the rights of third parties in transactions conducted on the site.

*5. Rights and Obligations of the Company*

5.1. The Company will process and protect the Member's personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

5.2. The Company commits to taking necessary technical measures to ensure the continuity of services provided to the Member.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to monitor the Member's activities on the site.

*6. Termination of the Agreement*

6.1. The Member may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to Autokeystore.com.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the membership if the Member violates the obligations set forth in this Agreement.

*7. Protection of Personal Data*

7.1. The Member's personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

7.2. The Member declares that they have read and accepted the informative text regarding the processing of their personal data.

*8. Dispute Resolution*

8.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply to the resolution of disputes arising from this Agreement.

8.2. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul Judicial District have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.

*9. Effectiveness*

This Agreement becomes effective upon the completion of the Member's membership process.

*10. Acceptance and Approval*

The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
