This document applies to all product and service purchases made through www.autokeystore.com and is prepared in compliance with the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason or paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the product delivery.
The Consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
Expired Withdrawal Period: Return requests exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery.
Personalized Services/Products: Automobile keys that are specially produced, modified, or personalized according to the explicit requests of the customer (e.g., keys coded or cut according to your vehicle's chassis number).
Commencement of Service: Services where the performance has begun with the Consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g., the key repair or duplication process has been initiated).
Products Unsuitable for Health and Hygiene: Opened, used, or damaged products such as batteries, electronic components, and similar items.
Unshipped Orders: The Consumer may cancel the order at any time if the product has not yet been shipped. Once the cancellation request is approved, the payment amount will be refunded within the period determined by the bank.
Shipped Orders: Cancellation requests after the product has been handed over to cargo will be evaluated within the framework of the return conditions. If the product is returned without being received, the return shipping cost may be borne by the Consumer.
The Consumer may cancel the service appointment free of charge by providing notification at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made in less than this time or in case of no-show, a portion or the entirety of any prepayment may be claimed as a service fee.
The Consumer must notify the return or exchange request within the withdrawal period (14 days) by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling the hotline at [Phone Number].
Returned products must be complete, in their original packaging, and unused.
They must be sent back with all accessories, the invoice, and the waybill.
Returns of products with opened, worn, or unresalable packaging will not be accepted.
Upon approval of a valid return request, our company is obliged to refund the payment to the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the returned product or service.
The payment refund will be made using the method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). The refund period for credit card payments may vary depending on the procedures of the relevant bank.
If the purchased product or service is defective (faulty, broken, not matching the advertised specifications) upon delivery to the Consumer, in accordance with the legal definition:
The Consumer must report the defect within 6 (six) months from the date of product delivery.
The Consumer may use one of the optional rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6502:
Withdrawing from the contract by declaring readiness to return the sold item (refund).
Demanding a price reduction at the rate of the defect while keeping the sold item.
Demanding free repair, provided it does not incur excessive expense, with all costs borne by the Seller.
If possible, demanding the replacement of the sold item with a non-defective counterpart.
Note: These rights do not apply to defects caused by user error.
In case of any disputes arising from this contract, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey:
The Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place where the Consumer resides or is located,
The Consumer Courts in cases exceeding these limits, shall have jurisdiction.
